Status: Full-Time Exempt | Direct Hire Pay: $100,000 β $120,000 annually
Location: 100% Remote (anywhere in the US)
We're a fast-growing, fully remote organization on a mission to make a real difference β and we know our people make that possible. As we scale, we're adding a high-ownership, high-impact role to our team. We're seeking a People Operations Partner who thrives on building systems and processes from the ground up and genuinely cares about the employee experience. You'll lead our PEO exit, build our HR infrastructure, and serve as a trusted, knowledgeable partner to managers and employees across the business. You'll report to the SVP, People, and work closely with the People team, Finance, Legal, and department leads.

What You Would Be Doing
PEO Exit & HR Infrastructure
- Lead the end-to-end transition off our current PEO, including payroll integration and benefits enrollment
- Implement and administer our core HR tech stack in partnership with our HRIS Lead: HRIS, benefits administration platform, and supporting tools
- Build and own our employee handbook, HR policy library, and compliance documentation, keeping them current as we scale
- Design and document repeatable people ops processes across the employee lifecycle
