Key Responsibilities

- Execute AI Diligence: Conduct deep-dive assessments of target companies’ AI strategies, data infrastructure, and technical maturity. Synthesize findings into clear, business-oriented insights on opportunities, risks, and value creation potential.

- Sponsor & Client Management: Partner with engagement lead to manage private equity and corporate sponsor relationships. Prepare materials, manage workstreams, and contribute to client-facing presentations and deliverables.

- Bridge Strategy & Technology: Translate complex AI/ML capabilities into actionable recommendations for investment committees and portfolio executives, working closely with senior team members to refine and deliver strategic narratives.
