About The Role: CrowdStrike is seeking a Product Design Producer to strengthen our Design Operations team and enhance our product design organization. This role is crucial in streamlining and standardizing design processes across the organization, supporting and empowering design teams to deliver innovative, human-centered products. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional initiatives to maximize design impact while acting as a force-multiplier by improving efficiency and collaboration. We're looking for someone who is self-motivated, takes ownership of their work, and excels at bringing clarity and structure to complex design workflows and challenges.
