- This is a fully onsite position, based at our office in Lisbon, where you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in person and contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment. We are open to support with relocation efforts.

THE ROLE

As a Monetization Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in scaling Air Apps’ growth by owning both subscription and ad monetization strategies across our mobile app portfolio.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and optimize pricing, paywalls, upsell flows, retention strategies, and ad placements, all while ensuring user experience remains at the center. You’ll dive into data, run experiments, and help shape how millions of users engage with our products.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Analyze industry trends and competitor strategies to identify monetization opportunities.

- Design and implement monetization strategies to maximize subscription and ad revenue.

- Collaborate with design and development teams to implement monetization features effectively.
