ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a superhero-level Product Manager to command daily product operations in one of Ruby Labs’ fastest-growing portfolio companies. This is a full-combat operational role β€” you will own every process, every feature, and every release, with absolute accountability for results. Your goal is to keep the product machine running at maximum speed, with flawless execution and constant evolution.

Core Mission:
Maintain end-to-end operational control of the product lifecycle β€” from ideation to post-production monitoring β€” with military-grade discipline and pixel-perfect attention to detail.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Daily Product Command β€” Manage every phase of the product lifecycle on a daily and hourly basis.

- Product Backlog Management β€” Keep a refined, prioritized backlog of features, bugs, and improvements.

- Feature Discovery & Delivery β€” Lead ideation, research, competitive benchmarking, and delivery of new features on schedule.

- UI/UX Perfection β€” Enforce pixel-perfect design standards, instantly spotting micro-alignment issues.

- UX Research Management β€” Maintain an ongoing competitor intelligence and UX research update process.

- Post-Production Control β€” Monitor releases in real time, addressing any issues immediately.

- Product Events & Monitoring β€” Maintain thresholds, alerts, and proactive monitoring to catch anomalies early.

- Mixpanel Execution β€” Use Mixpanel, product metrics, event tracking, funnels, heatmaps, and session replays to monitor key product metrics and drive product backlog ideas forward.
