ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Product Manager who will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Fixa’s core fintech products, translating business strategy, regulatory realities, and user needs into scalable, high-impact solutions. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, data, operations, compliance, and commercial teams.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

- Own product vision, roadmap, and prioritization aligned with company strategy and regulatory constraints

- Lead cross-functional execution with Engineering, Data, Finance, and Operations

- Translate complex fintech workflows (payroll, lending, repayments, rewards, insurance) into simple, intuitive user experiences

- Drive product decisions using data, experimentation, and customer feedback

- Manage trade-offs between speed, risk, scalability, and compliance during growth phases

- Establish and improve product discovery, delivery, and documentation processes

QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in fintech or high-growth startups

- Proven experience scaling products from early adoption to growth or maturity

- Strong understanding of fintech best practices (payments, lending, risk, integrations)

- Experience leading teams and influencing without authority

- Comfortable operating in ambiguity, fast iteration, and regulated environments
