This position is Paris-based, with relocation support available.

TEAM

You will be an integral part of a newly established internal studio, a dynamic and focused team dedicated to one of our most promising prototype in scale. This studio is specifically chartered to improve this high-potential game up to the successful and market-ready title it is meant to become.

ROLE

As a Product Specialist for one of our Puzzle Studio, you will be at the heart of the game's evolution. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, artists, and product experts to design, test, and refine features that keep our players engaged and entertained.

- Participate in the design and creation of engaging, challenging, and fun levels that maintain player interest and progression

- Develop and iterate on game mechanics and features that enhance the core gameplay loop

- Analyze player behavior, game metrics, and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement

- Collaborate with engineers and artists to bring level designs and features to life

- Structure, run, and monitor A/B tests to validate design decisions and optimize player experience

- Balance game difficulty curves to ensure appropriate challenge and retention across all levels

- Stay up-to-date with the hybrid-casual and puzzle game market, analyzing competitor games and emerging trends

- Test and playtest levels and features to ensure quality and enjoyment

- Contribute to the product roadmap and strategic direction for Card Factory
