ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Program Manager, Customer Stories & Advocacy to own and scale Harvey's customer storytelling and executive advocacy engine. In this role, you will evolve Harvey's Customer Stories program from a strong foundation into a repeatable, global advocacy system—one that fuels GTM motions, product launches, executive credibility, and long-term customer loyalty. You will be accountable for the full lifecycle of customer storytelling, including writing, editing, and producing customer stories and executive profiles across written and video formats, from concept through final publication.
