Reporting to the Programmatic Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving best-in-class Programmatic activation and strategy across a portfolio of key clients in Singapore and the wider APAC region.

As Programmatic Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day execution, optimisation, and performance delivery of Programmatic campaigns - primarily through DV360, while leveraging CM360 for campaign tracking and measurement. You’ll work across a small portfolio of full-service clients, as well as support strategic GMP consulting engagements to help clients unlock the full potential of their programmatic investments.

You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insight-driven recommendations and technical expertise that drive measurable business results. This role requires a mix of hands-on campaign management, client communication, and mentorship of junior team members where applicable.

At Jellyfish, we are committed to promoting professional growth. Your career path could lead to exciting opportunities for advancement within the Programmatic capability and broader Paid Media leadership.

YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

- Lead the planning, setup, management, and optimisation of Programmatic Display and Video campaigns across DV360 for a portfolio of 1–5 local or regional clients.

- Manage campaign trafficking, tracking, and measurement through Campaign Manager 360 (CM360), ensuring accurate data flow and reporting.

- Provide strategic recommendations to improve media performance, audience targeting, and creative optimisation.

- Serve as the day-to-day Programmatic lead for assigned clients, managing communication, performance reviews, and campaign troubleshooting.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Analytics, Paid Search, Paid Social, Media Strategy) to ensure cohesive campaign planning and execution.

- Contribute Programmatic expertise to Google Marketing Platform (GMP) consulting engagements, supporting clients in maximising the value of their technology investment.

- Monitor and analyse campaign performance to identify actionable insights and opportunities for optimisation.

- Present campaign results and recommendations to clients, both in written and verbal formats.

- Mentor and guide junior team members where applicable, fostering knowledge sharing and operational excellence.

- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and new platform features across DV360, CM360, and the broader Programmatic ecosystem.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 3–6 years of hands-on experience managing Programmatic Display and Video campaigns, ideally in an agency environment.

- Proficiency in DV360 and Campaign Manager 360 (CM360) required.

- Experience with alternative DSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP) or Ad Servers considered a plus.

- Strong understanding of Programmatic buying principles, audience strategy, and performance optimisation.

- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

- Confident communicator with experience engaging clients through email, phone, and presentations.

- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.

- Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members is a plus.

- English fluency required; Mandarin fluency preferred.

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Client-Centric: You’ll love developing strong client relationships and delivering data-driven solutions that make an impact.
Analytical & Detail-Oriented: You’ll thrive on finding patterns in performance data and using insights to refine strategy.
Proactive & Independent: You’ll take ownership of your campaigns and confidently manage your own workflow.
Collaborative Team Player: You’ll work seamlessly across teams and regions, sharing knowledge and expertise.

Note: We emphasise skills, expertise and behavioural attributes over years of experience and traditional degrees. If you want to join our collaborative team, we invite you to apply today with your resume in English.
