Job Description Summary Responsible for project operations and programs support including standardization, quality management, document management, methods creation and maintenance, process improvement and tools for the project management function. Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team. Executes standard operational/technical tasks typically subject to instructions and work routines. Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Support for order booking, revenue recognition and cash management Focused on internal customer (PM or SM) Principal support role of the Project and Services team Responsible for all aspects of creating, structuring and maintaining projects in SAP. β R3 meeting support to enable cross functional input to project structure. β Set children WBS and SO for HW, SW and SVS. β Assist billing team with invoicing. Create cancel/rebill WFβs if needed (understand country specific rules for cancelling invoices, etc ) β Request invoices and credit notes, support PM / SM and disputes resolution. β Understand the IBS process for billing internal orders. β Regional country Specific Tax invoicing support - point of contact with Tax Team β Regional Statutory audit support for internal and external audits β SOX, ISO, KPMG etc β Support development of financial instruments on a project by project basis such as country specific Letters of Credit, BGs etc β PO requisition for material, external suppliers and Manage good receipts when necessary (LATAM, Services only) β Manage exportation Invoice Process aligned with Supply Chain. β Understand rev rec lag rules for recognizing revenue each quarter (Ship Dates Vs Rev Rec Dates) β Run project through TECO checklist to make sure there are no outstanding issues (financial and project completion checks) β Drive resolution with SM/ PMΒ΄s to correct project defects β Support PMΒ΄s on project metrics to decrease unbilled and past due receivables β cash Management β PO requisition for services/materials ...
