Job Description:
You will act as the front door to the Andreessen Horowitz ecosystem, conducting 10-15 high-quality daily interviews with founders, engineers, and operators. Beyond filling seats, you will strategically route exceptional talent to portfolio companies, fellowships, and internal communities, identifying signals that traditional CVs often miss in high-velocity tech environments.

- Evaluate deep technical and operational signals in candidates to match their unique skills with the specific needs of the venture ecosystem.
The ideal candidate:
- Has 5-15 years of experience building talent functions at high-velocity startups or community-driven organizations like On Deck or Contrary.
