The Opportunity

Dash0 is scaling its US Enterprise Sales organization, and we're looking for a Regional Director to lead the charge. You'll build, coach, and scale a team of Enterprise Account Executives focused on acquiring new logos across the United States.

This isn't a maintenance role β€” you'll work directly with leadership to define the US Enterprise Sales playbook from the ground up, shaping how Dash0 wins in one of its most strategic markets. What You'll Do

- Lead, coach, and scale a team of Enterprise Account Executives in the US market

- Own and drive team revenue targets, pipeline health, and forecasting cadence

- Recruit and retain top sales talent β€” you'll be responsible for building your own team from hire to high-performer

- Define and iterate on the US Enterprise Sales motion, from prospecting strategy to deal execution and expansion

- Partner with Sales Development, Marketing, and Solutions Architecture to generate and convert pipeline

- Implement structured coaching rhythms, deal reviews, and pipeline management disciplines across your team

- Represent Dash0 at industry events, customer meetings, and executive briefings as the face of US Enterprise Sales

What You Bring

- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing an enterprise sales team
