The Remote Sales Associate will engage with clients who have requested information regarding company programs and services. Core Responsibilities Conduct scheduled virtual consultations via secure video and phone platforms Present approved programs and solutions in a consultative manner Educate clients to support informed decision-making Accurately document client interactions and maintain digital records Consistently achieve established performance standards Partner with leadership and team members in a collaborative remote environment This role does not involve cold calling or door-to-door solicitation.
