This is a remote, performance-based sales opportunity offering structured training, defined advancement pathways, and uncapped earning potential. Position Overview The Remote Sales Associate is responsible for presenting company-approved insurance programs to individuals who have requested information. This role involves conducting virtual consultations, explaining coverage options, assisting with enrollment, and maintaining accurate documentation. Associates operate in a structured remote sales environment with leadership support, performance metrics, and advancement benchmarks. Key Responsibilities Conduct virtual client consultations via Zoom and phone Present approved insurance solutions clearly and professionally Assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options Assist clients through the enrollment process Maintain accurate digital records and follow-up schedules Meet and exceed weekly performance objectives Participate in ongoing training and team meetings This position does not involve cold calling or door-to-door solicitation. Training & Development We provide a structured onboarding and development program that includes: Comprehensive initial training Product knowledge education Sales presentation systems Compliance and ethics guidance Ongoing mentorship from experienced leadership Professional development toward management roles No prior sales or insurance experience is required. Candidates must demonstrate professionalism, coachability, and a strong work ethic. Compensation Structure This is a commission-based position with weekly performance compensation. Compensation includes: Weekly commission payouts Performance-based bonuses Residual income opportunities (where applicable) Leadership override compensation for qualified promotions Performance recognition and incentive programs Average first-year earnings for full-time associates are approximately $80,000, though individual results vary based on performance and activity level. There is no cap on income potential.
