Remote Sales Associate Full Training Provided | Commission-Based | Work From Home (U.S. Only) Company: Globe Life AO — a division of Globe Life Location: Remote (United States) Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time Compensation: Commission-based with performance bonuses Position Overview We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Sales Associates. This role focuses on educating prospective clients about company-approved insurance products and assisting them through the enrollment process via virtual consultations. This is a commission-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential. Full training, mentorship, and ongoing professional development are provided. No prior sales experience is required; however, strong communication skills and self-discipline are essential. Key Responsibilities Conduct scheduled virtual consultations via Zoom and phone Present company-approved insurance products clearly and professionally Assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options Guide clients through the application and enrollment process Maintain accurate digital documentation and follow-up records Meet established weekly activity and performance benchmarks Participate in team training sessions and coaching calls This position does not involve door-to-door sales. Lead generation structure will be explained during the interview process. Qualifications 18 years or older Authorized to work in the United States Strong verbal and written English communication skills Professional demeanor and positive attitude Comfortable using Zoom, email, and basic digital systems Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting Prior experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is helpful but not required.
