THE ROLE

The Revenue Executive is responsible for driving Zippy’s growth while ensuring the operational excellence of the entire revenue engine. This role oversees our business development, community and dealer partnerships, and loan originations teams (Mortgage Loan Officers through Closers).

The Revenue Executive ensures that loans sourced through our partnerships are qualified, processed, and closed within 30 days by establishing repeatable processes, driving accountability, and creating a culture of high performance. Acting as both a growth leader and an operational operator, the Revenue Leader partners closely with the executive team to deliver predictable results, scale the business, and continually strengthen Zippy’s partner ecosystem.

The Revenue Leader leads a multi-tiered team with full accountability for both strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Leadership & Growth

- Own Zippy’s revenue strategy and execution, including sales, business development, originations, and loan closing performance.

- Set ambitious but achievable growth targets and ensure teams consistently meet or exceed them.

- Lead a team of leaders with a focus on accountability, operational rigor, and results.

- Partner with Finance on forecasting, budgeting, and P&L accountability for revenue.

- Drive a culture of winning with confidence, ensuring teams compete to excel while working collaboratively toward shared goals.

- Balance operational discipline with a growth mindset, continually identifying opportunities to scale revenue while maintaining excellence.

Sales & Market Expansion

- Design and lead a high-performing sales organization focused on expanding Zippy’s footprint across manufactured home communities and dealers.

- Build scalable sales processes, training programs, and performance playbooks to maximize application growth.

- Drive effective go-to-market strategies that position Zippy as the preferred partner in manufactured housing lending.

- Champion best-in-class partner enablement, ensuring sales teams deliver compelling, value-driven experiences that deepen trust and loyalty.

Operational Excellence

- Oversee the end-to-end application-to-close process, ensuring loans close within 30 days.

- Build and enforce playbooks, SLAs, and escalation paths to ensure consistency across origination and closing teams.

- Establish a disciplined operating rhythm with weekly pipeline reviews, partner health check-ins, and performance reviews at every level of the org.

- Drive continuous process improvements to eliminate bottlenecks, increase conversion rates, and scale efficiently.

Customer Experience & Success

- Ensure Zippy delivers best-in-class customer and partner experiences that solve real problems and build long-term trust.

- Develop programs and feedback loops that enhance the borrower journey from application to close.

- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Operations to remove friction, anticipate customer needs, and consistently exceed expectations.

- Champion the voice of the customer at the executive level, ensuring every revenue initiative prioritizes customer outcomes.

Partner Development & Enablement

- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with manufactured home communities and dealers.

- Ensure partners are properly onboarded, trained, and supported to consistently send qualified leads.

- Track partner performance and satisfaction, implementing feedback loops and corrective actions where needed.

- Intervene directly with at-risk or high-potential partners to secure and grow revenue streams.
