About the role
We are hiring a RevOps Architect to lead technical strategy and system execution across high-impact client engagements. In this role, you will serve as the technical owner on assigned accounts, conducting discovery sessions, defining solutions, and delivering CRM and RevOps Systems infrastructure that enables GTM teams to operate more efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with CRM Consultants and client stakeholders to ensure every deliverable aligns with business goals. This is a hands-on, strategic role ideal for someone who enjoys owning client engagements, client roadmaps, complex system design, and execution. This is a full-time, salaried W2 position for candidates located in Arizona, with a commitment to 100 percent remote work now and always.
What You Will Do
- Lead technical discovery, scoping, and system audits across client CRM and RevOps environments
- Manage day-to-day client communication via Slack, email, and ClickUp, and project trackers to keep engagements moving forward
- Own meeting preparation, agenda creation, ClickUp task management, and post-meeting recaps to keep projects organized and moving forward
- Deliver consistent end-of-week progress updates and maintain proactive communication—client satisfaction and trust are core to everything we do
- Architect and implement CRM configurations, automations, and integrations that support marketing, sales, and customer success teams
- Translate business needs into scalable system solutions across multiple platforms
- Lead internal and external technical discussions and present updates during client meetings
- Manage technical workstreams and execution within scope and hours allocation
- Collaborate with Project Managers to plan, forecast, and track technical delivery
- Validate and QA system changes before client delivery
- Delegate and support CRM Consultants or other team members with task execution
- Maintain documentation and update internal project trackers with technical progress
- What You Bring
- C2 English Required
- 5 plus years of experience in a RevOps, CRM, or systems consulting role
- Must have hands-on experience in both Salesforce and HubSpot
- Salesforce Administrator certification or HubSpot certifications (Strong plus, if you have both)
- Strong understanding of the revenue funnel and how systems support GTM alignment
- Experience architecting CRM and RevOps systems across sales, marketing, and customer success functions
- Ability to own technical discovery, solution design, and end-to-end delivery
- Strategic thinker who can align system decisions with business objectives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including client-facing updates and documentation
- Experience managing multiple projects and communicating cross-functionally
- Prior experience in a consulting or client services environment is a strong plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a natural ability to build client relationships, manage expectations, and maintain trust through transparency and consistent follow-through
