Sales & Client Support Specialist

We're looking for a highly organized Sales and Client Support Specialist to join a growing e-commerce and distribution business. This is a client-facing role that blends administrative support, sales enablement, and direct communication with clients and resellers through phone, video, and written channels. You will handle essential day-to-day tasks including quotes, CRM updates, reseller merchandising, and data reporting while also serving as a professional point of contact for clients and partners. If you are proactive, dependable, comfortable on a call with a client, and able to manage multiple systems without needing step-by-step direction, this role is a strong fit.
