Our client is a rapidly growing pest control company operating across multiple locations in South Louisiana, serving both residential and commercial customers. Their business is heavily driven by inbound lead generation and digital marketing, supported by inside and outside sales teams responsible for closing business through phone-based and in-person sales processes. As the company continues to scale, they are focused on strengthening sales performance, improving consistency, and building a more structured, accountability-driven sales organization.

ROLE OVERVIEW
The Sales Enablement Manager will serve as the central leader for sales coaching, performance improvement, and process optimization across the company’s sales organization. This role is focused on improving conversion rates, strengthening sales consistency, and supporting both inside and outside sales representatives through structured coaching, quality assurance, training, and enablement initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Coaching & Performance Development
- Conduct regular coaching sessions with inside and outside sales representatives
- Review sales calls, customer interactions, and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Provide structured feedback focused on objection handling, closing techniques, urgency creation, and customer communication
- Improve close rates, appointment conversion rates, and overall sales consistency across the organization
Sales QA & Call Review
- Implement and manage quality assurance processes for inbound and outbound customer interactions
- Review recorded calls and deliver actionable coaching feedback
