Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to manage the full sales cycle and own the sales pipeline. They operate in a fast-paced, results-driven environment where strong sales execution and relationship management are key to driving growth and meeting revenue targets.

ROLE OVERVIEW
The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from initial qualification through closing, while owning and optimizing the sales pipeline. This role is focused on driving revenue, meeting sales targets, and building strong relationships with customers throughout the sales journey.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Cycle Management
- Own and manage the full sales cycle from initial qualification to deal closure
- Handle customer objections, negotiate terms, and ensure smooth post-sale transitions
Sales Pipeline Ownership
- Maintain and track a pipeline of leads, opportunities, and closed deals
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales quotas
Client Engagement
- Build and nurture relationships with potential and existing customers
- Understand customer needs and present appropriate solutions
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience
- 3+ years of B2C sales experience with a proven track record of success
- Experience managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
Skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
- Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively
- Strong relationship-building and client management skills
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets
- Ability to manage and track sales pipeline effectively
