Role Overview
The Sales Representative will be the first point of contact for DTC, CPG, and adjacent brands seeking to accelerate performance on Amazon and other marketplaces. The Sales Representative will open, qualify, and orchestrate opportunities using a consultative B2B approach, building immediate clarity and trust while connecting brand needs to the BOE model, playbooks, SLOs, and performance guardrails.
This role is responsible for ensuring clean handoffs to Strategy and Accounts through precise qualification and high-quality commercial documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Sales
- Respond quickly to inbound leads (within minutes).
- Run discovery calls to understand goals, pain points, and success metrics.
- Analyze basic marketplace signals (Buy Box, pricing, ads, content) to identify opportunities.
- Prepare short recaps and value summaries after calls.
Outbound Sales
- Build and manage target lists using email, LinkedIn, phone, and video outreach.
- Spot triggers (funding, ranking shifts, expansion) and launch tailored campaigns.
- Generate qualified pipeline and book meetings with decision-makers.
Commercial Coordination
- Keep CRM records clean and updated.
- Collaborate with strategy teams for smooth handoffs and pilot planning.
- Join demos and support proposal creation.
Brand & Messaging
- Clearly communicate the company’s “growth with integrity” promise.
- Turn data and results into compelling stories that build trust.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years in consultative B2B sales, ideally in eCommerce, Amazon, or digital agencies.
- Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, basic ads, and catalog management.
- Experience with outbound prospecting tools (LinkedIn, HubSpot, Apollo, etc.).
- Excellent communication in English (C1) and Spanish (advanced).
- Strong writing, curiosity, organization, and analytical thinking.
Bonus: Knowledge of Amazon Ads, TikTok Shop, Walmart Marketplace, or analytics tools (GA4, Looker).
