YOUR ROLE

Reporting to the Senior Accounting Manager, you will play a key role in supporting Polygon Labs’ global accounting operations in a high-growth, rapidly evolving environment. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role where you will own critical areas of the close and reporting process, working with both traditional financial instruments and digital assets.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You will execute and support core accounting processes across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and scalability in a complex global environment.

- Execute month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, prepaid schedules, and intercompany reconciliations

- Reconcile bank accounts and digital asset wallets with high-volume transaction activity

- Account for complex financial instruments (including investment agreements, loan facilities, SAFEs/SAFTs, and warrants) in accordance with US GAAP, including classification, measurement, and ongoing monitoring

- Perform entity-level financial statement flux analysis and prepare detailed variance reports (horizontal and vertical) for subsidiaries
