Job Summary Acts as a liaison between the IT development group and business units for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems. Evaluates new applications and identifies systems requirements. Evaluates new IT developments and evolving business requirements and recommends appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems. Prepares communications and makes presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives. What you will do Leads the collecting, analyzing, and interpreting of data from various sources that are used for statistical methods and advanced analytical techniques to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can inform business strategies and initiatives. Creates reports and dashboards to visualize and present data to help stakeholders understand performance metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and other relevant data points that drive decision-making. Utilizes historical data to develop forecasting models and predictive analytics to anticipate future trends and outcomes for optimizing inventory management, staffing, and other operational areas. Evaluates metrics and conducts performance analyses to identify areas for improvement, cost-saving opportunities, and operational efficiencies through data-driven insights.
