The Role Job Summary As an Accounts Procurement Analyst at Kyndryl, you’ll be responsible for executing accurate, timely, and compliant payments to vendors in accordance with company policies, contractual agreements, and regulatory requirements. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining strong supplier relationships while ensuring proper cash disbursement controls, audit readiness, and operational efficiency. You will work closely with Treasury, Vendor Master, and internal stakeholders to resolve payment issues, support forecasting activities, and continuously improve payment processes. Your contribution will directly support financial stability, compliance, and service excellence across the organization. Key Responsibilities Payment Processing Execute vendor payments via approved methods in compliance with payment terms Review and validate payment proposals for accuracy, completeness, and proper authorization Ensure payments are processed within agreed timelines and according to internal controls Controls & Compliance Adhere to SOX and internal control requirements related to disbursements Perform segregation-of-duties checks and verify approval hierarchies prior to payment release Assist with internal and external audits by providing payment documentation and explanations Vendor Management Respond to vendor inquiries related to payment status, remittances, and discrepancies Investigate and resolve payment issues, including rejected...
