About the team

The Developer Experience Programs team shapes how engineers at 1Password work, and how engineers work shapes what 1Password ships. We run the programs, measurement, enablement, and cross-functional mechanisms that support developer experience across the software development lifecycle, and we build the feedback loops that help Engineering adopt new capabilities and continuously improve the speed and quality of delivery.

The team sits within Engineering Operations and works closely with Platform Engineering, Security, IT, and Finance. Platform Engineering builds and owns the underlying developer tooling, data platforms, and AI workflow systems. DevEx...
