In this role As one of our Senior Commissioning Advisor You'll be responsible for leading the Site's commissioning activities of a combined cycle power plant, ensuring all systems are installed, tested, and operating in accordance with project specifications, safety standards, and operational requirements. In this key role You'll works closely with our Stakeholders inclusive of engineering, construction, and plant operations teams to support the PMO at Gas Power part of GEV accountable for successful start-up, testing, and handover of Combine Cycle plant systems. Job Description Key Responsibilities Planning and Coordination Develop detailed commissioning plans, schedules, and execution strategies. Coordinate with project management, engineering, construction, and operations teams to align commissioning activities with overall project objectives. Support the development of system turnover and start-up plans. Commissioning Execution Lead and supervise commissioning personnel, subcontractors, and field teams. Oversee the testing, inspection, and validation of plant systems, including gas turbines, steam turbines, generators, heat recovery steam generators (HRSGs), and auxiliary equipment. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical or operational issues encountered during commissioning and start-up. Ensure systems are commissioned efficiently and are ready for safe and reliable operation.
