ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Senior Creative Ops Manager who can run the operational backbone of our Influencer Marketing and UGC/Performance Creative teams. This is a systems-heavy role for someone who loves building workflows, automating processes, coordinating creators, and making operations run smooth at scale.
You’ll sit across both creator-facing service lines — Influencer and UGC — and partner closely with the COO, Head of Influencer, and Lead of UGC to build clean, reliable operating systems that improve speed, quality, and performance.

Influencer and UGC are two of our fastest-growing service lines. The operational backbone you build will determine our speed, quality, and ability to scale cleanly across both. You’ll be stepping into a role with high ownership, high impact, and a portfolio of brands that move fast.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
CREATOR OPERATIONS
- Rebuild and manage influencer + UGC creator workflows end-to-end
- Build systems for sourcing, onboarding, briefs, approvals, deliverables, revisions
- Maintain creator databases, performance history, and quality scoring
- Create visibility dashboards for creator throughput, timelines, capacity, and SLAs
- Keep delivery teams aligned and creators on track
SYSTEMS & AUTOMATION
- Build automations in n8n, Zapier, Make to streamline repetitive workflows
- Design Airtable bases that support both service lines (UGC + Influencer)
- Build ClickUp workflows, templates, automations, and task logic
- Integrate tools across the stack: Airtable ↔ Slack ↔ ClickUp ↔ CRM ↔ Drive
- QA your own automations and ensure reliability
OPERATIONAL OWNERSHIP
- Translate business needs into structured systems and processes
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, diagrams, and training resources
- Spot bottlenecks early, propose solutions, and implement them
- Support each service line in hitting delivery KPIs (speed, quality, volume, cost)
- Ensure clean handoffs between sales → ops → delivery → reporting
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE (90 DAYS)
- You fully own creator operational flow across both departments
- Airtable + ClickUp + automations are accurate, reliable, and standardized
- Influencer and UGC teams save hours per week because of systems you built
- Creator timelines and deliverables run without chaos
- You’ve built at least one major automation/system that materially improves throughput
- The teams see you as “the person who makes everything run smoother”
REQUIREMENTS
- Deep experience in workflow automation on
- ClickUp
- Airtable
- n8n (preferred)
- Zapier
- Make
- Strong systems builder: ClickUp workflows, templates, backend logic
- Creator Ops experience in influencer, UGC, or performance creative
- Comfort managing many creators and deliverables at once
- Strong follow-through — you close loops, document everything, and keep teams tight
- Ability to translate messy business needs into elegant systems
- High-quality bar, strong process intuition, and clean communication
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience working in influencer marketing or UGC production
- Built custom internal tools or automations
- Exposure to performance creative or paid social workflows
- Background in operations for agencies or production-heavy teams
