Senior Director, Global Field Readiness Transformation

The Senior Director, Global Field Readiness Transformation will lead strategic planning, portfolio execution, and operating model evolution across Global Field Readiness. This leader will own a portfolio of transformation work spanning readiness strategy, agentic enablement, technical delivery, measurement, and executive communication. The role is responsible for turning priority business needs into structured work, credible pilots, scalable solutions, and measurable outcomes. Key portfolio areas include Coaching, Planning, Onboarding, enablement reporting, and supporting readiness platforms. This leader will help ensure work moves effectively from planning and development through pilot, release, and handoff into long-term ownership. Core Responsibilities: Strategy and Governance Own the Transformation Office operating cadence and strategic planning across Global Field Readiness. Maintain roadmap source of truth and strategic accountability across the portfolio. Translate business priorities into clear workstreams, ownership, sequencing, and success criteria. Drive cross-functional alignment across readiness leadership, product, technology, analytics, and operations. Provide clarity on portfolio direction, tradeoffs, timing, and lifecycle stage across major initiatives. Technology and Delivery Lead the portfolio across Coaching, Planning, Onboarding, enablement reporting, and supporting readiness platforms. Guide AI and agentic enablement architecture, innovation priorities, and product direction in partnership with technical and product leaders. Oversee development pipeline health, release management, technical standards, and readiness for production-facing work. Partner across strategy, innovation, product, and pilot teams to convert concepts and prototypes into scalable capabilities.
