We have an exciting opportunity to join the SIU team as a Senior Field Security Investigator! As a Senior Field Security Investigator, you will conduct investigations of suspected cases of fraud or other illegal activities against the Company, including interviewing, database inquiries, taking statements, and locating sources of information and witnesses. Responsibilities include evaluating information to determine its credibility, referring, and coordinating investigation assignments to outside agencies, and providing training and support to all departments in the claims handling process. Applicant must reside in commutable location to Nashville, TN and surrounding counties. Qualifications An associate or bachelor’s degree in criminal justice or a related field, or Five years of insurance claims investigative experience (includes TCR1, TCR2, CU, PIP technical and/or PIP litigation desk experience), professional investigation experience with law enforcement agencies, or Seven years of professional investigation experience involving economic or insurance related matters Experience handling in-person or phone statements from various parties in an investigation in a way that builds GEICO’s customer base and promotes customer satisfaction through efficient, accurate, and courteous interactions Ability to gather a broad range of evidence related to an investigation and draw conclusions based on the information collect...
