The Senior Product Management role within the Transfusion Medicine (TM) business unit serves as the strategic leader of assays with expanded accountability for global distribution strategy and OEM assay/reagent partnerships. Owning the full business lifecycle from strategy development through commercialization and post-launch performance optimization. The position is responsible for defining the business case, financial model, channel strategy, OEM partnership framework, and long-term value creation plan for assigned products. This role integrates customer insights, competitive intelligence, forecasting analytics, supply chain economics, and cross-functional execution to ensure portfolio decisions align with enterprise growth, margin expansion, and global market penetration objectives.
