The Senior Manager, Business Architect is responsible for translating PBM strategy and initiative intent into clear, executable business design and measurable outcomes. In this role you'll partner closely with business, technology, and delivery teams to ensure the Connected PBM Ecosystem (CPE) program is aligned to enterprise business capabilities, value streams, and outcomes not just point solutions. You will operate as a strategic integrator, providing clarity on scope, dependencies, sequencing, and value realization. While primarily focused on supporting CPE delivery, you'll also contribute to the evolving Business Architecture discipline by applying standards, templates, and reusable assets. Why This Role Now As Connected PBM advances, there is an increased need for Business Architecture support to: Clarify scope and intent. Align delivery to enterprise PBM capabilities. Reduce redundancy and misalignment across teams. Ensure outcomes and benefits are clearly defined and tracked. This role ensures CPE is designed and executed with enterprise context, supporting both near‑term delivery and long‑term PBM transformation. Key Responsibilities 1.
