The Senior Manager, Business Architect is responsible for translating PBM strategy and initiative intent into clear, executable business design and measurable outcomes. In this role you'll partner closely with business, technology, and delivery teams to ensure the Connected PBM Ecosystem (CPE) program is aligned to enterprise business capabilities, value streams, and outcomes not just point solutions. You will operate as a strategic integrator, providing clarity on scope, dependencies, sequencing, and value realization. While primarily focused on supporting CPE delivery, you'll also contribute to the evolving Business Architecture discipline by applying standards, templates, and reusable assets.
