Position Summary Supports the business by taking appropriate actions, strategies and/or alternatives to meet business needs typically tied to a key Aetna Medicaid provider communications. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive communications strategies to effectively engage with practitioners, hospitals, and specialists within the Medicaid markets. Sets strategic communications direction for team and/or complex projects and or programs (e.g., national in scope which may impact one or all segments). Has full accountability for all aspects of communications projects and or programs collaboration with local markets and growth partners. 1. Develop and execute strategic communication plans to effectively communicate with practitioners, hospitals, and specialists, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. 2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including practitioners, hospital administrators, and specialist groups. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create, maintain, and distribute engaging content for various communication channels, including digital platforms, print materials, and presentations. 4. Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries and requests from provider engagement local markets, growth partners, and marketing, providing timely and accurate information. 5.
