More than 80% of Americans own a car and see it as a fundamental necessity, yet the experience of owning one is stuck in the 90s. Every part of the user journey (shopping for a car, insurance, repairs, etc) is complicated, fragmented, and time-consuming, and the costs are staggering. In 2025, the cost of owning a car was more than 20% of the average household income, after tax. We are looking for a structured thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit to own the "0-to-1" incubation of new business lines—from ideas to real, revenue-generating products in our customers’ hands.

- Ownership: There is no red tape or layers of approval. You are the "CEO" of the new products you launch.

- The Pace: We move fast. You won't spend months working on projects that never see the light of day. You will design, build, and ship new features in weekly sprints.

- Hands-on: This is not a pure strategy role. You will spend 80% of your time rolling up your sleeves—market research/analysis, incubating new product ideas, building/testing/launching new features.

- High Bar: We are always raising the bar for what’s possible. You will join a team of ex-MBB peers who care intensely about their craft and own complex, high-impact problems.

What You’ll Own

- Phase 1: You will join an existing product team and focus on learning how we build products, including how to conduct customer research, write product specs, think about feature roadmapping, use Figma and Codex/Claude to build prototypes, work with software engineers and designers, etc.
