Position Summary: CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager - Digital Measurement to join the Value Tracking, Reporting, and Analytics (VTAR) team. This team supports the Aetna Health Digital organization, including the Aetna Health website, mobile app, virtual agents and contact center, by enabling a value-driven roadmap, through feature impact measurement and analytics, with the goal of creating an outstanding omni-channel service experience for our members. The Senior Manager - Digital Measurement, positioned within VTAR, will enable Aetna Digital to systematically measure and optimize impact. They will enhance Aetna Digital’s current value capture process by developing a technical roadmap for a measurement framework that streamlines the process for launching, monitoring and reporting on experiments, allowing for product optimization at scale. They will also support a data-driven prioritization strategy for capital planning and product roadmaps. Once established, they will upskill additional Aetna Tech teams to ensure a consistent experimentation model across the organization for measurement and prioritization best practices.
