POSITION SUMMARY The Senior Manager - Enterprise Observability Strategy and Governance, provides strategic leadership for enterprise‑wide observability programs and services, driving maturity and value across the full observability ecosystem. This role defines and executes the observability strategy, operating model, and multi‑year roadmap, establishing standards, governance, and success measures that guide consistent execution across multiple teams, platforms, and technology domains. Accountable for an enterprise portfolio of observability initiatives spanning multiple towers, the Senior Manager balances competing business and technology priorities while serving as a trusted advisor to Observability and Technology leadership. Through strong governance ownership, portfolio management, and outcome accountability, this role advances platform scalability, financial optimization, and measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in enterprise program management, observability technologies, and IT governance, with a passion for enabling data‑driven operations, operational resilience, and service excellence at scale.
