ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Senior Manager, Organic Growth & CRO, you will drive how prospects discover, engage with, and convert on our digital presence. You will own the full conversion rate optimization (CRO) function β from experiment design and A/B testing to funnel diagnostics and tracking infrastructure β while also leading our organic search strategy (SEO) and answer engine optimization (AEO). This is an opportunity to build a rigorous, data-driven practice that directly impacts Neon One's growth and our mission to help nonprofits grow. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, you will work closely with our marketing website developer and content manager, collaborating on implementation where needed while owning strategy and reporting across all three functions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
CRO STRATEGY & EXPERIMENTATION
- Own and maintain the CRO A/B testing roadmap, prioritizing experiments based on impact, confidence, and effort.
- Design rigorous experiments β from hypothesis formation and test design to statistical analysis and post-test documentation.
