Senior Manager, People Operations

As the Sr. Manager, People Operations, you will be a builder and an operator: someone who can assess a team that's early in its development, establish a clear strategy and operating model, and deliver a seamless employee experience across our global entities. You'll own the true operational core of the employee experience: employee lifecycle administration, global compliance, immigration, and mobility.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with the leaders of Benefits and Systems, People Business Partners, and cross-functional leaders to manage the operational backbone of our people infrastructure. You'll report to the Head of People Operations & Strategy and serve as a key voice on how we run and scale our global people operations.

What you’ll do as a Senior Manager, People Operations at Vanta:

- Lead and scale the People Ops function, managing a team responsible for end-to-end employee lifecycle administration including onboarding, offboarding, data integrity, immigration, and global mobility across our entities (US, Canada, Ireland, England, Australia, and Israel)

- Assess the current state of People Ops processes, establish a clear operating model and strategy, and build the structure and processes needed to support Vanta's continued growth

- Own the day-to-day operational excellence of core People Ops processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a high-quality employee experience in every region
