Position Summary The Senior Manager, Software Development Engineering leads delivery and operations for key applications within the Connected PBM Ecosystem and Finance Applications. This newly created role is responsible for managing engineering teams that build and support systems for our growing needs in PBM client underwriting, contract management, trade products, and ecosystem integrations. The Senior Manager partners closely with product, architecture, and business stakeholders to ensure technology solutions align with strategic goals and OKRs. This role is a hands on people and delivery leadership position, focused on execution, quality, and continuous improvement while operating within established enterprise standards and roadmaps. What you will do Provide day to day leadership and direction to multiple engineering teams supporting the Connected PBM ecosystem. Partner with product owners and business stakeholders to translate requirements into clear technical execution plans. Own delivery of assigned initiatives ensuring quality, design adherence, timelines, and budget alignment. Manage team capacity, resource planning, and vendor contributions for assigned initiatives. Ensure systems comply with company policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements. Drive continuous improvement in engineering practices including CI CD, testing, and operational excellence.
