About the Job

We’re looking for a Senior Motion Designer to lead the creative vision, design direction, and animation execution for motion-based projects across BJAK’s marketing and product campaigns.

You’ll craft visually stunning motion graphics and animations that communicate ideas clearly, engage audiences emotionally, and elevate the BJAK brand across digital and social platforms. You’ll also mentor junior designers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring concepts to life through motion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Creative Direction & Motion Design

- Lead the design and animation of motion graphics for marketing campaigns, product explainers, social content, and digital ads.

- Conceptualize and develop storyboards, design frames, and animation sequences aligned with creative briefs and brand objectives.

- Ensure all motion visuals maintain consistency, technical quality, and alignment with BJAK’s visual identity.

- Elevate design quality through creative experimentation, thoughtful art direction, and attention to storytelling.

Collaboration & Leadership

- Work closely with Creative, Marketing, and Product teams to translate campaign objectives into motion-driven content.
