We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer to join a team building and scaling a consumer product used by tens of millions of people worldwide . This role is for an engineer who enjoys solving hard distributed systems problems, thinks in terms of business outcomes, and takes end-to-end ownership of what they ship. Your main tasks will be: Design and develop backend solutions for a high-load distributed system serving tens of millions of users Drive architectural decisions within a microservice environment Build new product features and improve existing backend functionality Implement backend services using .NET (up to .NET 10) Work with RabbitMQ and design reliable asynchronous processing pipelines Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability at production scale Own tasks fully โ from understanding the business problem to shipping production-ready cod We expect from you: Strong hands-on experience with .NET (up to .NET 10) in production Experience with distributed and/or high-load systems (ideally 1M+ users) Practical experience with RabbitMQ or similar message brokers Confident work with Microsoft SQL Server Solid understanding of microservice architecture principles Solid system design skills โ reasoning about architecture and tradeoffs Ability to think in terms of business impact, not just technical implementation High level of independence and ownership Structured, logical thinking Familiarity with Elasticsearch and Datadog is a plus Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field What do we offer: REMOTE OPPORTUNITY to work full-time; Vacation 28 calendar days per year; 7 wellness days per year (time off) that can be used to deal with household issues, to lie down and recover without taking sick leave; Bonuses up to $5000 for recommending successful applicants for positions in the company; 50% payment for professional training, international conferences, and meetings ; Corporate discount for English lessons; โ Health benefits.
