ABOUT THE ROLE

As a key member of the People team, you will own Ramp's internal, recruiting, and non-growth events end-to-end — creating consistent, memorable experiences that reflect Ramp's culture and values. You will partner closely with People, Recruiting, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to design and execute events that engage employees, excite candidates, and bring the Ramp community together. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for a strong operator who thrives on building programs from the ground up.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Own end-to-end planning and execution for all internal employee events (e.g., all-hands, culture events, holiday celebrations), recruiting events (e.g., candidate days, hiring events, employer brand activations), and team-specific events designs to gather top talent within the community in NYC and beyond.
