Role overview
As a Senior Product Manager for Instant Cash, you will own key parts of Brigit’s core product experience, focusing on driving responsible access to cash, building innovative features, and improving how users discover, use, and return to Instant Cash over time. Your work will directly impact user trust, engagement, and lifetime value by increasing adoption, utilization, and repeat usage while maintaining strong credit performance.
This role sits at the intersection of Product, Risk/Underwriting, Data, and Engineering and is ideal for a product manager who enjoys solving complex, high-impact problems in a core fintech product.
What you’ll be doing
- Optimize core Instant Cash product metrics, including feature adoption, utilization, repeat usage, and delinquency
- Lead the development of new and improved Instant Cash features that make the product more valuable, intuitive, and differentiated for users
- Partner closely with Underwriting and Risk to design eligibility, credit limit, and usage experiences that balance user outcomes with credit performance
- Deliver initiatives that responsibly increase access to Instant Cash, improving activation, engagement, and retention.
- Use experimentation and analysis to evaluate tradeoffs between user value, unit economics, and risk
- Ship quickly, learn from data and user behavior, and scale successful features in a regulated product environment
- Align cross-functional stakeholders around clear priorities, decisions, and measurable outcomes
What you have
- 4-5 years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, lending, or consumer financial products
- Experience owning core product surfaces or flows with meaningful impact on usage, retention, or risk
- Strong intuition for user needs paired with a metrics- and experimentation-driven approach to decision-making
- Experience working closely with data science, underwriting, or risk partners on decisioning or eligibility-related problems
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and driving complex initiatives from concept through scaled execution
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence across functions
Nice to Have
- Background in credit products, underwriting, or consumer lending risk
- Experience building or iterating on products where utilization and repeat usage are key success drivers
- Familiarity with experimentation in regulated or risk-sensitive industries
