JOB SUMMARY

The project focuses on ensuring the quality, reliability, and scalability of a SaaS platform that includes AI-powered workflows for healthcare coordination.

Key challenges include:

Testing AI-driven features (LLMs, conversational systems)

Ensuring compliance with healthcare standards (HIPAA, PHI)

Validating complex data workflows and integrations

Supporting continuous delivery through robust automation

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks

- Build automated test scripts for web apps, APIs, and backend systems

- Develop E2E, regression, integration, and smoke tests

- Validate AI-driven workflows and outputs

- Ensure SaaS platform stability across releases

- Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines

- Collaborate with engineering, product, and data teams

- Monitor test results and report on product quality
