Position Summary The Senior Representative, Clinical Services facilitates aspects of the Clinical Services team to ensure smooth operations, including task allocation, performance management, and fostering a positive work environment. Additional responsibilities to include but not limited to the following: Coordinates with clinical teams to design and implement new programs, protocols, and initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction. Drives communication and coordination between healthcare providers, patients, and their families to ensure seamless and effective delivery of care. Ensures compliance with clinical standards, protocols, and regulatory requirements to maintain high-quality care delivery. Monitors clinical performance metrics and outcomes to identify areas for improvement, implementing strategies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. Evaluates ongoing work area Clinical Services practices and procedures, making recommendations to management for ideas for value-added services for members. Assists managers with Clinical Services reports and other key metrics, in order to help ensure work area goals and objectives are being consistently met. Provides guidance and training to frontline clinical staff, promoting professional growth, and ensuring ongoing competency development. Required Qualifications 5 years experience HealthCare Experience Microsoft office Suite including (Word, Excel, Outlook, Etc.)
