As a Senior Research Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making by leading complex research projects and conducting in-depth analysis. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research needs, develop research plans, and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Research Project Leadership: Lead and manage complex research projects from inception to completion. Data Analysis: Conduct advanced statistical analysis using various tools and techniques. Stakeholder Communication: Develop clear and concise reports and presentations to communicate research findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. Team Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior team members on research-related projects. Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging research methodologies. Key Skills & Qualities Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field such as Economics, Psychology, Sociology, or Business. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a research or similar role. Experience leading and conducting complex research projects. Experience working with cross-functional teams. Technical Skills: Proficiency in advanced statistical analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SPSS, R, Python). Strong data manipulation and visualization skills. Knowledge of research methodologies and data collection techniques. Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to lead and manage complex projects.
