The Role Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITOM modules like HAM (Hardware Asset Management) and SAM (Software Asset Management) modules, including CMDB maintenance, asset lifecycle tracking, and Discovery and Service Mapping and compliance reporting. Familiarity with ServiceNow platform administration, workflow orchestration, and integration with tools like Active Directory and Citrix is essential.
