About the Team

The Clinical Experience team is redefining the clinical experience in dentistry, starting with the way dentists interact with their dental lab. Our mission is to provide concierge-level clinical expertise for complex cases and send-and-forget reliability for everything else, so dentists can focus on what they do best – caring for patients. We’re also at the forefront of building groundbreaking new products and services that streamline workflows, eliminate friction, and give dentists more time back in their day. We move fast, iterate rapidly, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver an unparalleled service experience for our doctors.

What You'll Do

- Develop and deliver full-stack features and improvements to Dandy’s products in a secure, well-tested, and performant way.

- Collaborate with Product Management, UX Designers, and other stakeholders within EPD to maintain a high bar for quality in a fast-paced, iterative environment.

- Advocate for improvements to product quality, security, and performance.

- Solve technical problems of moderate scope and complexity.

- Craft code that meets our internal standards for style, maintainability, and best practices. Maintain and advocate for these standards through code review.
