If so, Kyndryl is looking for a Senior Specialist, Benefits Design – LATAM to support the development and execution of our global benefits strategy in LATAM Region . In this role, you will be responsible for designing and managing comprehensive benefits programs—including health plans, risk plans, cars, time off and vacation, meal vouchers, allowances and more. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure our benefits are competitive, compliant, and aligned with our company values. You will serve as a trusted client advisor and go-getter on all Benefits Design matters—a curious disruptor and relentless learner with a positive attitude. You will help design and develop benefits programs that are essential, innovative, and aligned with the evolving Kyndryl business landscape.
