Job Description Summary As a GridOS Solution Architect in Technical Sales, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to our utility customers, partners, and internal teams. You will lead customer-facing architecture conversations, shape design decisions, and ensure our solutions deliver measurable business outcomes. This role bridges technology, systems engineering, cloud platforms, and electric grid domain expertise to accelerate customer adoption of the GridOS platform. In this position, you will serve as a key ally in enabling customers’ envisioned use cases for how they will leverage data to optimize day-to-day grid operations and the service they provide to their communities. You’ll be expected to deeply listen to customer business needs, translate their utility-domain requirements into tangible capabilities that GridOS Data Fabric, GridOS Connect can deliver, and build strong customer confidence in the DevOps and DataOps resilience that the platform provides. A critical part of this role is guiding utilities as they upgrade or extend their legacy systems, helping them evolve from traditional, siloed architectures to modern, interoperable, data-centric platforms powered by GridOS. You will collaborate across product, engineering, services, cybersecurity, commercial, and pre-sales teams to design scalable, secure, and interoperable solutions built on GE Vernova’s next-generation GridOS architecture.
