SEO Specialist

This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.

Our client is a growing business focused on strengthening its digital presence across both traditional and AI-driven search platforms. As the company continues expanding its online visibility efforts, they are looking for an SEO Specialist to drive organic growth through SEO strategy, A/B testing, competitive analysis, and AI search optimization initiatives.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The SEO Specialist will develop and execute SEO strategies focused on improving visibility, organic traffic, and search performance across traditional search engines and AI-powered search platforms. This role combines technical SEO, content optimization, A/B testing, competitive analysis, and performance reporting to support measurable digital growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

SEO STRATEGY & EXECUTION

- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve website rankings, organic traffic, and overall search visibility.

- Optimize website content, metadata, and site structure following SEO best practices.

- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO improvements to enhance discoverability and user experience.

- Support SEO initiatives across both traditional search engines and AI-powered search experiences.

A/B TESTING & OPTIMIZATION

- Run A/B tests on website elements including titles, descriptions, CTAs, and landing pages.

- Analyze testing results to improve engagement, conversions, and overall site performance.

- Continuously refine SEO and content strategies based on performance insights.

COMPETITIVE ANALYSIS & MARKET RESEARCH
